Pastor Cecil and his wife, Pauline, have set a Christ-like example in many lives throughout their years of ministry.
We are all so thankful for their love, dedication, and devotion that they have shared with our entire congregation. Many lives, as well as the city of Jacksonville, have been changed because of their service.
We would like to make available a place for all of those who would like to write in and share with Pastor Cecil and Pauline Wiggins their thoughts and appreciation for the past 45 years of Ministry at Evangel Temple Assembly of God in Jacksonville, Florida.
